Beggining of the season

THE SPRING CARNIVAL IN PORNIC

At the beginning of the season you can enjoy the spring carnival (Carnaval de printemps) in Pornic which is the first major event of the year, a celebration dating back to the early 1900's !

On April 18th 2010 at 2:30pm : Carnival parade in Pornic and on April 19th (Monday) at 8:30pm : see the floats illuminated with thousands of light bulbs for the carnival's night parade.

12 km away from the Le Patisseau campsite, in the town of Préfailles the Festival des Jeux et Loisirs (festival of games and leisure) takes place between April 17th and 24th 2010, and it offers workshops for adults and children : circus performance, beach soccer, pottery, pony rides....

On April 24th 2010 (Saturday) : A superb ending to the Festival des Jeux et Loisirs : The closing show “Djinn” at the Espace Culturel de Préfailles. In the program you will have : martial arts, fire performers, desert scenery. “Djinn” is a musical comedy for the whole family. The entire family can enjoy!!!!

For children aged 6-12 years

Having fun at the Le Patisseau campsite is easy !!!

Children aged 6-12 years, are welcome to the mini-club, open in July and August from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 am to 12:00 noon.

A team and a special room are available only for children. Several handicraft workshops and sport activities are organised. For sure, the kids will love the activities at the Children Club such as « the treasure hunt ». Besides, this is the easiest way of meeting a lot of new friends!

For the sporty kids, a multisport playground is available so they can play friendly football or basket matches.

Next to the ping-pong tables !! (rackets at your disposal at the reception) there is the children's playground with new games in 2010 ! In the evening, the meeting point is the restaurant-bar, where you can enjoy funny games, night shows, magic acts. . .

The Pointe St Gildas is located in the commune of Préfailles between La Baule and Pornic. The Pointe Saint-Gildas is the main headland over the far west of the Pays de Retz, in the commune of Préfailles (Loire-Atlantique).

This is a very popular tourist destination in the Loire-Atlantique department. There you can admire a fishing harbour sheltering fishing crafts, a yacht club, some restaurants and a museum inside the former semaphore transformed into lighthouse in the middle of the XX century (today automated).

Au camping Le Patisseau, il est interdit de s'ennuyer !!. Si vous êtes agés de 6 à 12 ans, le mini club vous ouvre ses portes en juillet et août du lundi au vendredi de 9h30 à 12h00.

Une équipe et un local vous sont dédiés. De nombreuses activités manuelles et sportives vous seront proposées.

Vous reviendrez de vos vacances enchantés de votre passage au club et chargés de souvenirs inoubliables comme « la chasse au trésor » du Patisseau .

En plus, c'est la meilleure façon de se faire pleins d'amis !!!

Pour les petits sportifs, un terrain multisport où vous pourrez jouer entre copains au foot, basket.

Juste à côté les tables de ping pong !! (raquettes en prêt à l'accueil) et une aire de jeux avec de nouveaux jeux en 2010 !

Animations du mois de juin sur Pornic

Fête et feux de la St Jean Place du Chateau à Pornic le 26 juin 2010 La Fête du solstice d'été s'achèvera par un bal populaire et feu d'artifice

Du 4 au 8 juin, venez nombreux assiter aux journées de la mer à Pornic. Durant ces quelques jours, différentes manifestations seront organisées sur Pornic et les villes voisines. Vous pourrez faire un baptême de catamaran, planche à voile, dériveur et/ou kayak à la Bernerie en Retz ou des baptêmes de voile à Pornic. Des balades en mer sont aussi prévues au départ de la Pointe Saint Gildas ou de Préfailles. La SNSM de Pornic vous ouvre ses portes du samedi 5 au dimanche 6 juin. Vous aurez également l'occasion de découvrir les métiers de la mer comme ceux concernant la mytiliculture, le métier de paludier, l'ostréiculture et la pêche en mer. Le samedi 5 juin de 10h à 17h, vous pourrrez assister à la coupe de France d'Aviron à Pornic. Les courses se dérouleront par catégorie cadets, juniors, seniors ... sur 6000m et seront visibles de la plage.
